Windcave is seeking an energetic Risk Monitoring Analyst for its Acquiring team in New York City, NY. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with two remote days, and involves monitoring real-time transactions and analyzing high-risk activity.

The Role

We are looking for an energetic Risk Monitoring Analyst to join Windcave’s Acquiring team in New York City, NY 10022. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and thrives on variety and new challenges.

We currently follow a hybrid working policy with two work-from-home days.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring transactions in real time
• Analysinghigh-risk transactions and escalation
• Reviewing approvals for high-risk transaction types, such as over-the-phone, manual, and high-volume settlements
• Reviewing and releasing settlements
• Identifyingrisk patterns and putting mitigation strategies in place

About you

Remuneration

• $70,000 USD per annum + Benefits
