Job summary

Addison Group in La Vergne, TN is seeking a detail-oriented Risk Mitigation Associate to support fraud prevention and transaction review efforts. Training will be provided; prior ERP/CRM experience with NetSuite and ServiceNow is ideal.

The role is 100% onsite with opportunities to learn internal systems. Candidates should be adaptable, analytical, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment during peak seasons.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, fraud prevention, risk management, or a related analytical role.
  • Experience with an ERP system; NetSuite is preferred.
  • CRM experience; ServiceNow or similar platform preferred.
  • A detail-oriented, investigative approach to problem solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • E-commerce fraud or risk experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review transactions identified by automated fraud monitoring tools and determine whether additional investigation is needed.
  • Research customer accounts and transaction history to verify information and make informed decisions regarding orders.
  • Communicate with customers through phone and email when additional verification or clarification is required.
  • Review account information to help prevent fraudulent activity and reduce delays related to refunds.
  • Investigate activity that may violate established Terms of Use and communicate appropriate next steps with customers.
  • Research chargeback cases, collect supporting documentation, and assist with resolving disputed transactions.
  • Monitor recurring activity and identify trends that may help improve fraud prevention processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to communicate findings and support improvements to internal procedures.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Mitigation Associate to support fraud prevention and transaction review efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who has experience with an ERP system such as NetSuite and a CRM platform such as ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities

  • E-commerce fraud or risk experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Braintree or PayPal is a plus.

  • Fully onsite position in La Vergne, TN.
  • No travel required.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working additional hours and/or weekends during peak seasons, including Black Friday and the holidays.
  • The position includes significant training on internal systems and processes.
