Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Risk Manager to support a multi-agency program for USSF/SSC, USAF, and other stakeholders. The role emphasizes PKI, Agile development, and risk management in a fast-paced environment handling SATCOM system risk analyses and mitigation strategies.

The candidate will manage risk and opportunities, support EVM, and ensure effective reporting to program managers and customers. A TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• At least 5 years in technical project management, systems engineering, or risk management.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative risk analysis and risk management processes.
• Experience in risk analysis, Earned Value Management (EVM), project management, and requirements analysis.
• Ability to analyze, synthesize, and present data in clear reports.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across programs and stakeholders.
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the current risk posture to the customer, including active risks and mitigations.
• Develop and maintain the Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
• Plan and coordinate monthly Risk Management Board meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepare risk reports with trend analysis and metrics for meetings.
• Maintain and monitor data in the risk management tool.
• Track risk attributes, owners, and target dates; manage mitigations.
• Integrate risk management with Earned Value Management activities.
