Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Risk Manager for the Intel Sector's Cyber & Analytics Business Area. The role involves managing risk and opportunities for a multi-agency program with USSF/SSC, USAF, and stakeholders, focusing on SATCOM systems, PKI, and Agile methods.

You will support EVM, risk analyses, and the risk closure process in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years in technical project management or risk management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or management field and 8+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of quantitative risk analysis and risk management processes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and risk mitigation.
• Clear communication of risk to stakeholders and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Supports Program Manager in communicating current risk posture to customers.
• Develops and maintains the Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
• Plans monthly Risk Management Board meetings with stakeholders.
• Prepares risk reports and trend analyses for reviews.
• Maintains data in the risk management tool and tracks mitigations.
• Integrates risk management with Earned Value Management.
• Supports EAC process by quantifying cost impacts of risks.
