Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Risk Manager to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and lead risk modelling for major projects. You will prepare QRA workshops, develop risk registers, and support risk processes across the project lifecycle.

The role requires experience in risk management services and strong stakeholder engagement, with onsite work in a dynamic, diverse environment. The position emphasizes delivering realistic risk assessments, engaging clients, and guiding teams through risk

Qualifications

Degree or comparable experience in a relevant discipline.
Experience delivering Risk Management Services with a focus on Risk Modelling.
PMI, RMP, IRM or APM certification, or on the path to complete one.
12 years of experience in High Tech, Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, Infrastructure or Oil & Gas industries.
Proficiency with industry risk tools (Primavera Risk Analysis, @Risk, SafranRisk).

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver QRA workshops with stakeholders to review cost, schedule and risk.
Develop risk impact assessments with risk owners and SMEs for accurate costing.
Create and maintain a comprehensive risk register and risk profile.
Develop stress test scenarios on extreme risk events and present outputs to the team.
Provide R&O training and updates on risk processes to the team.
Engage new and repeat clients using business development skills.
