Job summary

Deloitte GPS (Government & Public Services) seeks a PROJECT - Engineering Delivery Manager II to support enterprise risk management strategy, operations, and executive deliverables across program teams. You will lead risk initiatives, coordinate executive outputs, and drive agile delivery across stakeholders.

Qualified candidates bring 3+ years in program/project management with risk mgmt, strong communication, and ability to mentor teams in a fast-paced environment. CA travel may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field and 3+ years of professional experience in program management or project management, including 2+ years of risk management experience
  • Knowledge of defense acquisition organizations and risk management principles, methodologies, and frameworks
  • Experience developing risk management policies, procedures, process documentation, or executive-level deliverables
  • Experience briefing stakeholders at multiple organizational levels, including senior leaders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online
  • Active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Work you'll do

As a PROJECT - Engineering Delivery Manager II on the risk management team, you will be responsible for supporting enterprise risk management strategy, operations, and executive deliverables across program teams and stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute risk management strategies, process documents, instructions, and executive-level deliverables
  • Coordinate executive deliverables by analyzing program data, tracking deadlines, and partnering with stakeholders across the organization

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting defense acquisition organizations or similar program environments
  • Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), governance, risk, and compliance tools, enterprise task management systems, or risk tracking tools
  • Experience developing or facilitating risk management materials or training
  • Experience applying Agile methodologies
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) or Back-to-Basics certification in Program Management
  • Certified Risk Management Professional (CRMP), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), or Professional Risk Manager (PRM) certification

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in California, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to California and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $119,000 to $198,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
