Job summary

Freeman Willow Creek Hospital in Arkansas is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to support the implementation and maintenance of the risk management program. The role involves coordinating risk assessment activities, documenting incidents, and assisting with regulatory compliance efforts.

The coordinator will collaborate with team members to promote a safe environment and help the department achieve quality and risk management goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of clinical experience required.
• Registered Nurse license and/or compact state licensure preferred.
• BSN or Law Degree preferred.
• 5 years risk or safety experience preferred.
