Job summary

Freeman Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN scheduling to deliver high-quality patient care using the nursing process across assessment, planning, and evaluation.

The role emphasizes directing and coordinating nursing care per established clinical practices, with collaboration across disciplines to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Preferred: BSN from an accredited registered nurse program.
• Preferred: 3+ years RN experience in an acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Direct and coordinate all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices.

What You’ll Do

Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation. Responsible for directing, coordinating all nursing care based on established clinical nursing practices. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

Requirements
