You will collect and analyze data to drive continuous improvement, with responsibilities in data collection, analysis, and reporting to enhance patient care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an LPN or RN program or other health care license/degree (MSN acceptable).
• 3 years in an acute care facility.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

What You'll Do

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Management and Regulatory Compliance in the planning and execution of the Performance Improvement Program for the hospital. The Quality Coordinator is responsible for data collection and analysis, which drive the Performance Improvement Program.

Requirements

• Graduate from and LPN or RN program/ or other health care license/degree; or MSN
• 3 years in an acute care facility

• Possesses problem solving skills of the type and at a level necessary to accomplish the job
