Job summary

Freeman Willow Creek Hospital is seeking a Risk Management Coordinator to support the risk program, coordinate assessments, and document incidents. You will assist with regulatory compliance efforts and work with the team to promote a safe environment and align with quality goals.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field, plus several years of clinical and risk management experience, at Freeman Willow Creek Hospital.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-4 years of risk management, quality assurance, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of clinical experience required.

What You'll Do

The Risk Management Coordinator supports the implementation and maintenance of the risk management program. This role involves coordinating risk assessment activities, documenting incidents, and assisting with regulatory compliance efforts. The Risk Management Coordinator collaborates with team members to promote a safe environment and support the department's quality and risk management goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 2-4 years of experience in risk management, quality assurance, or a related field required
• 1-3 years of clinical experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• BSN or Law Degree
• 5 years risk or safety
