Job summary

AvonRisk is the nation’s leading specialty risk manager serving self-insured organizations across 32 states. The Risk Management Consultant role focuses on developing comprehensive risk management and safety programs for Members under the Wisconsin County Mutual Group agreement.

You will identify loss exposures, advise on compliance, organize trainings, and travel frequently within Wisconsin to support Member needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, occupational safety and health, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an Environmental Health and Safety related position.
• Industrial hygiene, CSP/ARM/CSRM or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of AvonRisk and build relationships with Members.
• Develop and administer risk management and safety programs for Members.
• Identify loss trends and develop mitigation strategies.
• conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure compliance.
• Deliver department-wide trainings and organize large-scale safety events.
• Collaborate with Claims, Underwriting, and Client Services teams.
• Travel approx. 75% within WI for onsite locations and events.
