AvonRisk is seeking an experienced Account/Program Manager to join the Wisconsin team. The role offers remote or hybrid work with in-office days in Brookfield, WI.

You will manage all aspects of Owner Direct Insurance Projects (ODIP) for Wisconsin counties and ensure timely processing and reporting. The position requires a WI property/casualty license, a related bachelor’s degree, and 3–5 years in insurance or customer service.

Qualificações

• State of WI Insurance License is required (Property & Casualty).
• Bachelor’s degree in insurance or related field is required.
• 3-5 years experience in insurance or customer service, preferably commercial/WSc.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ODIP projects for Wisconsin County Mutual Insurance Corporation and Community Insurance Corporation.
• Process day-to-day ODIP projects and supervise documentation.
• Collect and process workers’ compensation applications and worksheets; forward for approval.
• Review applications for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.
• Issue WC policies, audits and endorsements in Origami; manage signatures and closures.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies (DWD, WCRB) as needed.
• Attend progress and stewardship meetings with contractors and owners.
