Job summary

AvonRisk is seeking a Risk Management Consultant to develop and administer comprehensive risk programs for Members within Wisconsin. The role focuses on reducing losses, improving safety, and compliance across a wide range of industries.

You will build relationships, provide training, and analyze loss data to guide mitigation strategies while collaborating with Claims, Underwriting, and Client Services teams. Remote or hybrid work is available based on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in an Environmental Health and Safety role.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel within Wisconsin up to 75% of the time.
• Knowledge of regulatory agencies and inspection processes.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the face of AvonRisk to Members.
• Creates and maintains relationships with Members.
• Develops mitigation strategies with Members.
• Reviews loss experience and trends with Members.
• Assists Members with safety/incident review committees.
• Advises on compliance with laws, regs or standards.
• Develops and conducts training for Members.
• Coordinates large-scale safety events for Members.
• Prepares Member Services Reports detailing activities.
• Collaborates with Claims, Underwriting, and Client Services teams.
• Maintains confidentiality and professional integrity.
• Travels intrastate ~75% to insured locations and events.
