Job summary

Riverside Medical Clinic seeks a detail‑oriented professional to maintain policies, track approvals, and act as a liaison between malpractice matters and Corporate Risk. You will manage records, ensure HIPAA privacy, and support quarterly reporting to health plans from Riverside's Riverside clinic network.

The role emphasizes office skills, risk management experience, and collaboration with a Quality/Regional Director team to protect patient care and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or higher is required or preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel) is required.
• Medical training background is desirable for the role.
• Risk management experience is desirable for success.

Responsibilities

• Maintain original signed policies and procedures and keep the Table of Contents current.
• Track revised/new P&Ps through the approval process and obtain required signatures.
• Serve as liaison between malpractice lawsuits, providers, and Corporate Risk.
• Stay up to date on current litigations and incidents within RMC.
• Procure and manage medical records for audits and reviews.
• Assist with meeting notifications and packet preparation for QRM studies.
• Return medical records to proper chart home base after audits and maintain files.
• Mail quarterly reports to health plans in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints or escalate to QM Specialist; enter data accurately.
