Job summary

Performance Contracting Group in Lenexa, KS seeks a Risk Management Analyst I to support OCIP/CCIP enrollment, risk data management, and reporting within the corporate Risk & Insurance Department. You will work across branches, owners, brokers, and internal teams to maintain accurate records and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1+ year in insurance, risk management, construction operations, or related role.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
• Ability to analyze data, ensure accuracy, and support reporting.
• Attention to detail and data quality, with thorough documentation.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support OCIP/CCIP lifecycle from bid to closeout and enrollment.
• Assist with program requirements, timing, and documentation.
• Coordinate enrollment and compliance with multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain project records and documentation in Box/SharePoint.
• Track items, gaps, reporting status, and audits through resolution.
• Assist with RMIS data entry, data cleanup, and reporting workflows.
• Support annual renewal and audit processes; document validation.
• Assist with insurance program administration tasks and certificates.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, Safety, HR and brokers.
• Develop process docs, training materials, and improvement initiatives.
