Job summary

WS Development is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to join the Risk & Insurance team. You will support compliance reviews, data collection, and risk program implementation, interfacing with brokers and internal departments to advance risk management initiatives.

The role offers exposure to high-visibility projects across tenants, vendors, and lenders, with opportunities to lead cross-functional efforts and develop internal training programs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional work experience in insurance, legal, or commercial real estate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across legal and non-legal teams.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Insurance compliance review and tracking for tenants, construction vendors, lenders, etc.
• Interfacing with outside brokers to drive compliance issues to conclusion.
• Maintenance and/or development of various insurance and risk databases.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal training and education relating to risk management and insurance.
• Assist in the development of policy placement and renewal strategies.
• Act as a supporting internal resource regarding risk and insurance questions for company departments and teams.
