Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a Lead of Operational & Technology Risk to own the enterprise risk program across a regulated, globally distributed brokerage platform. This builder's role designs risk taxonomy, appetite, and control assurance, partnering with Engineering, Product, Operations, Treasury, Security, Legal, and Compliance to embed risk into the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational, technology, or enterprise risk management in regulated financial services.
• Experience building a risk function from early stage; able to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of RCSA, control testing, issue management, KRI design, risk event management.
• Fluent with AI applied to risk work; hands-on coding not required but depth preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise risk framework, taxonomy, appetite, policy architecture, and control design.
• Lead risk assessment for new products, partners, markets, and platform capabilities.
• Build AI-native tooling to automate risk evidence collection and testing.
• Manage enterprise issue management, risk events, and KPI/KRI governance.
• Represent Risk Management with regulators, auditors, and enterprise partners.
