Job summary

DriveWealth is seeking a Lead of Operational & Technology Risk to own the enterprise risk program across its regulated, globally distributed brokerage platform.

Reporting to the Head of Risk Management, you will design the risk framework, build AI-native tooling, lead RCSA, control testing, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, Security, Legal, and Compliance to scale risk across the business.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in operational, technology, or enterprise risk management in a regulated environment.
• Experience building a risk function from an early stage.
• Deep knowledge of RCSA, control testing, issue management, KRI design, and risk-event management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present to a Board.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the enterprise operational risk framework, taxonomy, appetite, policy architecture, and escalation.
• Lead risk assessment for new products, markets, and platform capabilities; drive safe launches.
• Oversee enterprise issue management, risk events, and KRIs; ensure learnings feed risk assessments and control design.
• Design AI-native risk tooling and enablement to improve testing, evidence collection, and decision quality.
• Lead, scale, and develop a technically fluent risk team with cross-functional influence.
