Bloomberg L.P. is seeking an experienced Risk & Investment Analytics Specialist—Sales for the Americas.

You will drive growth across Bloomberg’s analytics solutions, engaging with institutional investors and risk managers to translate data into actionable investment insights. You’ll guide prospects through complex deals, leveraging deep market knowledge and Bloomberg data to deliver measurable value, while collaborating with Product, Sales, and Implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales of financial analytics or related risk data
• Strong knowledge of risk management workflows in finance
• Understanding of institutional investment workflows and data usage
• Familiarity with regulatory environment impacting risk/investment
• Consultative sales approach with client challenges mapped to solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation to technical and executive audiences
• Willingness to travel to engage with clients and prospects

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of client relationships while identifying new opportunities
• Build and execute a pipeline strategy across risk and investment analytics landscape
• Own complex sales engagements from discovery through negotiation and close
• Develop understanding of client investment, risk and technology workflows and map to Bloomberg solutions
• Build relationships across client organizations and manage multiple stakeholders
• Engage with risk managers, portfolio managers, quantitative teams and senior decision makers
