Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; PE license beneficial
• 3+ years of PRA experience in nuclear industry
• Experience with initiating events, accident sequence analyses, HRA and data analysis
• Experience applying PRA models to license amendments and risk-informed applications
• Experience with LWR and non-LWR PRA.
• Familiarity with ASME/ANS PRA standards and NRC guides RG 1.200 & RG 1.174
• Proficiency in PRA software (Phoenix Risk Architect, CAFTA, PRAQuant, UNCERT, SysImp, FRANX)
• Strong communication and technical writing
• Approx. 10% travel as needed

• Project Execution: deliver tasks within scope, budget, and schedule
• Client Relationship Building: develop strong client interactions and quality outputs
• Business Development & Opportunity Identification: identify and promote PRA opportunities
• Training & Industry Engagement: participate in owner’s groups and industry meetings
• Quality Assurance & Deliverables: produce high-quality engineering deliverables per QA programs
