Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a PRA Engineering Lead to oversee a team of PRA and risk applications engineers. You will report to a PRA manager and help grow the group while solving challenging problems for clients.

Responsibilities include leading projects, managing resources, developing staff, and maintaining clear communication with clients and management, with emphasis on risk-informed analyses and NRC regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an accredited university; PE license preferred.
• At least 5 years of PRA experience in the nuclear industry; leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with PRA tasks including initiating events analysis, accident sequences, LERF, external events.
• Experience with PRA models for risk-informed applications such as SFCP, RICT, 10 CFR 50.69, MSPI, SDP.

Responsibilities

• Team & Resource Management: supervise group and resource loading; approve timesheets and expenses for direct reports; participate in leadership meetings.
• Project Leadership: lead/oversee projects and act as Lead Responsible Engineer (LRE); manage scope, budget, and schedule; provide status updates to management and clients.
• Professional Development & Business Growth: identify training and industry opportunities; support PRA marketing and product line development.
• Communication: communicate effectively with team, clients, and management, tailoring messages to the audience.
