Job summary

BancFirst is seeking a hands-on risk and compliance professional to help develop and administer the Risk Management Program across finance, technology, compliance, operations, and product teams in Oklahoma City.

You will build and monitor control frameworks, perform risk assessments, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable practices while delivering dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for ongoing risk tracking.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Prove quantitative/qualitative analytical and problem –solving skills.
• Good communication and technology skills.
• Preferred proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI or Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and administering the Risk Management Program.
• Document process flows and identify risks and controls.
• Develop analyses to provide insight into risk exposures and mitigation.
• Create automated dashboards and reporting tools using BI platforms to track risk performance.
