Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Construction Safety Manager to lead risk engineering efforts for assigned construction accounts in Frisco, TX. You will assess risks, translate complex data into actionable insights, and partner with clients to mitigate emerging threats.

The role demands expertise in OSHA 1926 standards, data analytics, and strong client-facing communication. A BA/BS and 5+ years in safety or risk engineering are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant construction safety management or construction risk engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) strongly preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of OSHA 1926 construction standards.
• Ability to assess risk, interpret loss data, identify trends, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Comfort using digital tools, analytics, and technology enabled platforms.
• Advanced communication skills, including reports and client presentations.
• Professional safety or risk management certifications preferred (CSP, CIH, ARM, CPCU, CHST, CRIS).
