Job summary

TUV SUD America, Inc. is seeking a recent engineering graduate or student to join our GRC practice in New York.

You will support risk engineering services for mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems, participate in client site inspections, and learn through structured mentoring. The role includes reporting clearly, building client relationships, and traveling up to 50-70% domestically to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field completed prior to employment start date. We welcome applications from recent graduates available to start within 3-4 weeks, as well as students expected to graduate in May 2027 who can begin full-time employment in June 2027

Responsibilities

• Support risk engineering services to reduce equipment breakdown risks
• Participate in site inspections and loss control surveys
• Develop technical knowledge through on-the-job mentoring and structured training programs
• Prepare clear, accurate technical reports using established formats and guidelines
• Build professional relationships with clients by acting in a courteous and reliable manner on site
• Support account service teams, including participation in client meetings and presentations
• Contribute to service quality, client satisfaction, and agreed timelines under supervision
