Job Description

Services Policy Lead to implement the Policy Framework Program and roll out new Policies/Procedures/Standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing procedures for all policy documents applicable to Services, covering feedback, drafting, stakeholder engagement, approvals, maintenance, reporting, and ensuring accuracy and adequacy. The role may involve coordinating with other business lines to reach agreement on updates impacting multiple groups. As part of the TTS Controls and Regulatory Management team focused on Compliance and Regulatory Risk, the candidate will take on additional projects and responsibilities to support the global function. The role involves working with a small team of experts, requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills to influence senior stakeholders and external customers. The candidate will conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis, develop innovative solutions, and make strategic decisions impacting the function and business strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Enhancing oversight of Policy implementation requirements, overseeing Standards and Procedures, and establishing a governance structure for review and approval, including an Executive Committee and Working Group with representatives from various business areas.
2. Creating, launching, and managing the Services-wide policy function, including development, issuance, approval, review, communication, and maintenance.
3. Providing training on policies, standards, and procedures as needed.
4. Organizing workshops and coordinating discussions with policy owners.
5. Understanding and coordinating dependencies with other company programs.
6. Establishing metrics and quality assurance standards for the Policy program.
7. Reporting to the Corporate Policy Group on policy documents, breaches, and related matters.
8. Creating and executing due diligence processes.
9. Reviewing Policy Gap Analysis and creating remediation plans for compliance with Tier 1 Laws, Rules, and Regulations.
10. Performing Document QA on standards, procedures, and frameworks.
11. Ensuring proper documentation and control management.
12. Reviewing and challenging control designs within the business to mitigate risks, and serving as a key compliance and regulatory risk leader.
13. Working with senior leadership to execute projects related to compliance laws, rules, and regulations.

Skill requirements include:

• 15+ years of experience in Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, or related fields within financial services or regulatory organizations; experience managing staff
• Policy Management and Governance experience

• Proven risk and control oversight, with a track record of leading control projects and programs
