Job Description
Services Policy Lead to implement the Policy Framework Program and roll out new Policies/Procedures/Standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing procedures for all policy documents applicable to Services, covering feedback, drafting, stakeholder engagement, approvals, maintenance, reporting, and ensuring accuracy and adequacy. The role may involve coordinating with other business lines to reach agreement on updates impacting multiple groups. As part of the TTS Controls and Regulatory Management team focused on Compliance and Regulatory Risk, the candidate will take on additional projects and responsibilities to support the global function. The role involves working with a small team of experts, requiring excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills to influence senior stakeholders and external customers. The candidate will conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis, develop innovative solutions, and make strategic decisions impacting the function and business strategies.
