REMOTE - Protection & Controls Substation Project Manager

This position offers a remote work opportunity for an experienced Protection & Controls Substation Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical substations for utility and industrial clients, with a focus on high-voltage systems (15-500 kV). The candidate will manage all project lifecycle phases, ensure compliance with industry standards, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of protection and control systems for high-voltage substations.
2. Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, testing, and commissioning.
3. Perform critical calculations such as relay burden, voltage drop, and short circuit analysis.
4. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, clients, and regulatory bodies.
5. Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
6. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
7. Troubleshoot technical issues related to protection and control systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in protection and control systems for high-voltage substations.
• Experience managing the entire project lifecycle.
