Responsibilities

Develop understanding of Capital Solutions Group (CSG) business activities.
Support the development of the supervisory framework for CSG business activities, including appropriate desk controls, monitoring & tools.
Define and implement appropriate controls to manage risk, including supervisor expectations and escalation.
Support governance processes to drive monitoring & oversight for the covered controls.
Build relationships with relevant stakeholder groups to implement the program, including bankers, Compliance, Engineering, Legal and others, as relevant.
Engage with GBM Public side teams to drive consistency across the divisional supervisory program and related monitoring.
