Job summary

Republic Business Credit, a subsidiary of Renasant Bank, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Support Specialist in a role supporting risk management and compliance data maintenance. Responsibilities include client due diligence, UCC exercises, and timely reporting across several control systems.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with cross-functional teams, and proficiency in Excel. This position supports the Risk Management team and may involve coordination with the Chief Risk

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of related experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients in Podio across applications with Risk, Underwriting and Legal teams.
• Review and maintain due diligence results and report notable items to risk and compliance leadership.
• Record due diligence findings, background checks and credit reporting.
• Maintain the Lien Tracking Spreadsheet for each client.
• Manage UCC filings with Legal Management to ensure priority security interests are maintained.
• Maintain Client Compliance Schedule and related reporting such as financial statements and reconciliations.
• Flag and report upcoming financial packages and timeliness of submissions.
• Assist in gathering client information for Client Reviews and ensure scheduling is respected.
• Support Risk Management in data collection and internal reporting processes.
• Assist in managing Third Party Management vendors and contract approvals.
• Provide support for RBC submissions to RNST and audit reporting as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
