Job summary

Republic Business Credit, a subsidiary of Renasant Bank, is seeking a Risk and Compliance Support Specialist in the Chicago area. You will manage client reviews, due diligence, and compliance reporting to support risk management and governance across the client portfolio.

Key tasks include maintaining due diligence results, UCC filings, lien tracking, and client reporting schedules, while collaborating with Risk, Underwriting and Legal teams to ensure timely processing and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of job related experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently and yet collaborate in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Understanding of corporate financial statements and credit reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up new clients in Podio in coordination with Risk/Underwriting/Legal teams.
• Review due diligence results and report to Risk/Compliance and client services.
• Record and maintain due diligence results and background checks.
• Maintain the Lien Tracking Spreadsheet for each client.
• Maintain UCC filings with Legal Management team.
• Ensure Client Compliance Schedule and reporting are up to date.
• Report upcoming financial packages due and missing items.
• Gather client information and reporting for Client Reviews.
• Maintain Client Visit and Risk Review schedules.
• Support risk data maintenance and internal reporting for audits.
