Republic Business Credit, a subsidiary of Renasant Bank, seeks a credit operations professional to oversee a group of ABL loans, ensuring compliance with Credit Standards and timely review by the Portfolio Manager. This role requires strong communication and Excel skills, plus travel to RBC offices as needed.

Responsibilities include risk identification, field examinations, appraisals, and presenting loan status at monthly meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of ABL experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of the ABL loan group in line with Credit Standards.
• Identify risk issues via monitoring and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with operating/funding conditions for clients.
• Coordinate with field examiners, appraisers, and attorneys.
• Present loan status and strategic recommendations in monthly meetings.
