Job summary

Republic Business Credit, a subsidiary of Renasant Bank, seeks an experienced credit and loan support professional to oversee non-recourse factoring facilities in line with Credit Standards. You will identify risk issues, coordinate with the Portfolio Manager, and ensure compliance across client accounts and documentation.

You will travel to RBC locations and client sites as needed, presenting status in monthly reviews and supporting leadership with operational strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10 years of financial, credit or loan support experience.
• 3 to 5 year factoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to handle clients professionally and meet deadlines.
• Proficient with computer and browser-based platforms; Word/Excel/Google Sheets/Adobe/Zoom/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of non-recourse factoring facilities per Credit Standards.
• Identify risk issues through monitoring and analysis.
• Address risk issues with Portfolio Manager or senior management.
• Ensure compliance with operating/funding conditions for clients.
• Liaise with Portfolio Manager for ongoing compliance matters.
• Coordinate with field examiners, appraisers, and attorneys.
• Review client accommodations and credit amendments as needed.
• Present loan status in monthly meetings to Portfolio Manager and COO.
• Travel to RBC office locations and clients as required.
