The role offers hands-on training in a newly built Risk Management department, with opportunities to influence risk processes and ensure compliant records across projects.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting contract, insurance, and risk management functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize contracts, insurance documents, bonding info, and risk records.
• Coordinate document routing, filing, and version control for contracts.
• Track subcontractor insurance certificates, licenses, and bonds for compliance.
• Prepare contracts and amendments from templates and route for signature via DocuSign.
• Support claims documentation, renewals, and administrative tasks for risk management.
