Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a 4-year undergraduate degree program with a strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors preferred.
  • Graduating in Dec 2026 or May 2027 (U.S.)
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better
  • Does not require sponsorship for employment visa status (now or in the future) in the country where applying.

2027 BNY Analyst Program – Risk and Compliance

Risk & Compliance is responsible for establishing the framework, policies, guidance, and tools that support risk and compliance management across BNY. Led by the Chief Risk Officer, the function provides independent oversight, monitoring, and challenge of risk decisions and activities throughout the risk management lifecycle. Analysts gain hands on experience working with global teams across key areas such as credit, market, liquidity, technology, operational, compliance, model, and enterprise risk, while building an understanding of how strong governance and consistent standards support the firm.
