Jefferson Healthcare is seeking a Healthcare Risk and Compliance Coordinator to join our team. This on-site, full-time role supports compliance and risk management operations, audits, investigations, and regulatory readiness to enhance patient safety and organizational integrity.

Under the Director of Compliance & Risk Management, you will partner with leaders to identify and evaluate risk, maintain documentation, and promote ethical practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Nursing, Health Information or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, Health Information Management, legal, accreditation or quality assurance.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), CHRM, RHIT or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of Jefferson Healthcare's Compliance and Risk Management programs.
• Assist with enterprise risk management, regulatory and accreditation readiness, and patient safety initiatives.
• Coordinate investigations, audits, corrective actions, and maintain controlled documentation.
• Promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, and policies.
• Support Quality Management System and continual improvement efforts.

The Compliance & Risk Management Coordinator supports the day-to-day administration of Jefferson Healthcare's Compliance and Risk Management programs. Working under the direction of the Director of Compliance & Risk Management, this position supports compliance program operations, enterprise risk management, regulatory and accreditation readiness, revenue integrity, patient safety, investigations, public records, and legal and regulatory response activities. The Coordinator partners with leaders and departments throughout the organization to identify and evaluate risk, investigate concerns, conduct audits, monitor regulatory requirements, coordinate corrective actions, maintain controlled documentation, and promote compliance with applicable laws, regulations, accreditation standards, organizational policies, and ethical practices. This position supports Jefferson Healthcare's Quality Management System and commitment to patient safety, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, public trust, and continual improvement. What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, Nursing, Health Information or a related field required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in healthcare compliance, risk management, Health Information Management, legal, accreditation or quality assurance.
• Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC), Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), Registered Health Information Technician (RHIT) or similar credential are preferred.
