Job description Infosys is seeking a Risk and Compliance Business Analyst in the Financial Services Domain. As a Consultant, you will apply your technical proficiency to develop, enhance, and maintain technology platforms for mitigating financial risks through cutting-edge technology and data analytics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements elicitation, application architecture, design, development, testing, and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Dallas, TX / Tampa, FL / Jersey City, NJ, or be willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required. U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply; sponsorship is not available.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of a degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience as an IT Business Analyst working in Risk and Compliance domains.
• Experience with Market Risk, Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Basel III, CCAR, etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 8 years of experience in Risk and Compliance applications within top US financial organizations.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and data warehouse technologies for risk data analysis.
• Experience in designing and deploying risk and compliance solutions, including problem definition, effort estimation, and solution generation.
• Strong programming, design, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in diverse, global, stakeholder environments and guide clients through design engagements.
• Experience in proposal development, knowledge transfer, and project management.

The role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer, with communication via phone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required.
