Qualifications

• Experience delivering analytics or automation projects with limited oversight.
• Strong communication and organization skills for presenting to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data pipelines and structured databases from scoping through production.
• Serve as a primary contact for IT, finance, and business partners to deliver automated solutions.
• Define and document objectives, success criteria, and risk mitigation for data tools.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical requirements for databases and dashboards.
• Assess data sources and shape future-state systems.
• Lead data validation, resolve inconsistencies, and drive quality improvements.
• Own testing, rollout, and end-user enablement for new tools with documentation/training.
• Provide guidance and code review support to junior analysts.
