About the Role:

This role involves supporting the development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Third Party Risk Management Program. The candidate will report and assess risks using tools and guidance provided by management.

What You Will Do:
  1. Design and manage the implementation of risk management processes, including complex risk assessments related to third parties.
  2. Assist in overseeing the Third Party Risk Management program, ensuring compliance and conducting independent risk assessments.
  3. Perform variance trend analysis and support risk reporting tailored to different audiences.
  4. Contribute to the development and refinement of risk management policies and procedures.
  5. Monitor and review risk reports, and handle problem resolution and escalation.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert in Merchant Acquiring risk.
  7. Conduct initial and periodic risk assessments of third parties such as processors, payment facilitators, ISOs, and marketplaces.
  8. Perform other duties as assigned.
What You Will Need:
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Solid experience in Merchant Acquiring, merchant processing, or related fields.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, risk monitoring, or related areas.
  4. Knowledge of Merchant Acquiring and payments sector regulations and best practices.
  5. Experience in sponsor bank oversight is a plus.
  6. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  7. Strong communication and analytical skills.

The listed responsibilities are not exhaustive and may change.

Salary range: $59,902.68 - $110,630.79

This range reflects the minimum and maximum for new hires, with individual pay determined by experience, qualifications, skills, and location. The role is eligible for an annual performance incentive. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), life insurance, disability, paid time off, and more.
