Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• CPA or CIA designation(s) required.
• 10+ years of risk advisory, internal/external audit, and/or internal controls experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates.
• Proven track record of building and growing a Risk Advisory practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction focused on exceptional client service and growth.
• Translate firm vision into an actionable business plan with clear objectives.
• Team with marketing to develop sales and marketing plans and pursue new clients.
• Coordinate firm resources to deliver high-quality products and services to clients.
• Ensure training and development opportunities for team members.
• Oversee profitability through utilization, rates, and timely fee collection.
• Engage with client executives to understand their businesses and identify risks.
• Provide strategic advice and implement processes to address key risks.
