Grant Thornton (US) is seeking a Risk Advisory Director for the Not-for-Profit and Higher Education Practice. You will help clients understand risk, address controls, and lead internal audit and ERM initiatives with AI-enabled tools.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required in relevant field.
• CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with not-for-profit/higher education industries preferred.
• COSO/ERM standards knowledge expected.
• Ability to lead multiple engagements and manage client relationships.

• Review internal controls and risk across domains to assess risk and process effectiveness.
• Develop leading-practice recommendations for not-for-profit and higher education clients.
• Lead entity/process risk assessments and internal audit planning.
• Establish and operate internal controls, ERM, and compliance programs.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to deliver client services efficiently.
• Identify and resolve client problems with partners and teams.
