Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required.
• 10+ years in a consulting or cross-industry risk/controls role at a national level.
• Experience with not-for-profit or higher education sectors preferred.
• CPA / CIA / CISA / CISSP / CRMP / CFE or CISM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review processes and internal controls across risk domains for Not-for-Profit and Higher Education clients.
• Develop recommendations for internal controls, ERM, and compliance improvements.
• Lead risk assessments and internal audit planning for client engagements.
• Help establish and operate internal audit functions and compliance programs.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to deliver client services.
• Manage engagements, including performance reviews and client management.
• Develop new business opportunities and proposals.
• Coach and develop team members and lead growth initiatives.
