Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Risk Advisory Associate to support insurance and risk-management solutions within Strategic Client Advisory Solutions. You will assist with case management, policy administration, data gathering and analyses to support wealth strategy from assessment through delivery and ongoing service.

In this role you will coordinate documentation, policy exceptions, carrier activity and workflow tracking, enabling senior consultants to focus on client advice and complex solution

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three+ years of insurance, wealth management, financial planning, banking operations or comparable client-service experience.
• Appropriate state insurance licenses for Life, Health and Long-Term Care within licensing timeframe.

Mansioni

• Case Management: coordinate insurance cases from intake through underwriting, issue and delivery; track requirements and deadlines.
• Policy Administration: prepare and process applications, policy changes, and related documentation.
• Assessment Support: gather client information, organize coverage and support risk assessment.
• Illustrations and Proposals: organize carrier illustrations and marketing summaries for consultant review.
• Client and Advisor Service: respond to inquiries and communicate case status to clients and internal partners.
• Carrier and Third-Party Coordination: work with carriers and underwriters to resolve requirements.
