Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Director, Risk Advisory within Strategic Client Advisory Solutions to lead the Risk Advisory capability and coordinate insurance solutions for high-net-worth clients.

You will partner with Wealth Advisors and other specialists to identify protection, liquidity, estate and wealth-transfer needs while ensuring risk governance and high-quality client engagements across the Private Bank footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Licenses for Life, Health and Long-Term Care as required.
• 10+ years in insurance, wealth planning or related financial services.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Risk Advisory consultants with an active client portfolio.
• Translate SCAS strategy into Risk Advisory operating model and standards.
• Own risk assessment questions and documentation within wealth strategies.
• Partner with advisors to assess life, disability, long-term care and wealth-transfer needs.
• Provide governance over insurance recommendations and case design.
