Job summary

Fifth Third Bank seeks an experienced Risk Advisory Associate to support insurance and risk‑management solutions within Strategic Client Advisory Solutions in Cincinnati. You will manage cases, prepare policy documentation and assist senior consultants with analyses through underwriting, delivery and ongoing service.

Role requires at least a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in related client service, and state licenses for Life/Health/LTC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three or more years of insurance or wealth-management client service experience.
• Appropriate state licenses for Life, Health and Long‑Term Care within licensing timelines.
• Ability to manage detailed workflows, documentation and multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Case Management: coordinate insurance cases from intake through underwriting and delivery.
• Policy Administration: prepare applications, changes, exception requests and forms.
• Assessment Support: gather policy information and support risk‑assessment efforts.
• Illustrations and Proposals: organize carrier illustrations and marketing summaries.
• Client and Advisor Service: respond to inquiries and communicate case status.
• Carrier and Third‑Party Coordination: work with carriers and underwriters to resolve requirements.
