  • Partner with Finance to develop capacity planning models, determine headcount requirements, and account for downtime and idle capacity.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Sigma, or comparable business intelligence tools to provide leadership with timely visibility into project and vendor performance.
  • Analyze vendor throughput and capacity against forecasted volumes, identifying discrepancies and escalating concerns proactively.
  • Identify trends, bottlenecks, operational risks, and forecasting variances, recommending corrective actions to improve performance.

  • Develop standardized reporting templates and improve tracking methodologies to strengthen consistency and forecasting accuracy.
  • Present project pacing, capacity, and forecasting insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance project tracking, forecasting, and operational effectiveness.
  • Travel for business as needed, up to 10%.
Requirements

  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to investigate root causes of project pacing, capacity, and forecasting variances and recommend effective solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex findings clearly to leadership.
  • Ability to work independently, follow instructions, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate departmental scheduling needs.
  • Working knowledge of business computer hardware and software, with an understanding of data quality, effectiveness, and security.
