Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and BI tool experience required.
• Experience forecasting and capacity planning with cross-functional partners.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain project pacing trackers and dashboards.
• Develop forecasting models for workloads and resources across projects.
• Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning and capacity planning.
• Identify risks, variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Provide leadership with timely reporting on project and vendor performance.
