Ladders is seeking a Lead, Organic Risk Adjustment to join a leading healthcare organization. This remote role drives development and execution of programs to strengthen risk adjustment performance, builds workflows, and partners with senior leaders to turn strategy into actionable plans.

You will operationalize new reporting, manage multiple initiatives, and ensure measurable outcomes across the organization while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and day-to-day

For our client, we are seeking a Lead, Organic Risk Adjustment to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will drive the development and execution of programs that strengthen risk adjustment performance across a healthcare organization. You will build structure where needed, operationalize new workflows and reporting, and turn strategic priorities into clear action plans that produce measurable results. The position also partners closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve efficiency, accountability, and day-to-day execution across multiple initiatives.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $115,200 – $158,400 annually
