Prominence Health is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor to oversee the coding team, ensure CMS HCC and documentation guidelines are followed, and drive accuracy and productivity across coding programs.

The role includes policy development, staff training, staffing assessments, and collaboration with education, RADV audits, and vendor relationships to improve processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in CMS HCC risk adjustment coding
• 2+ years' experience in a managed care setting
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
• Billing experience is a plus
• Experience with NCQA HEDIS programs preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee and audit the coding team for accuracy and productivity.
• Develop and maintain Prominence's coding policy.
• Support production coding and assign work queues and projects.
• Identify training needs and implement improvement plans.
• Assist with RADV audits, vendor relationships, and department decisions.
