Qualifikationen

• 6 years of Risk adjustment and HCC coding experience.
• Certification in coding (CSP/CPC/CRC) or AHIMA/AAPC credentials.
• Managerial and leadership experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Leads and directs the HCC Coding Analyst team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, goal setting, and guidance.
• Develops, implements, and monitors coding policies to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely risk adjustment coding.
• Manages retrospective review processes, RADV audits, vendor relationships, coding productivity, ROI analysis, and compliance oversight.
• Collaborates with leadership to develop risk adjustment strategies and education initiatives.
