Job summary

Strive Health is seeking an experienced risk adjustment educator to lead education and coaching across network practices. You will translate complex coding/d documentation findings into actionable training, develop materials, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to scale education and ensure compliance.

The role requires CRC certification and 6+ years in risk adjustment or related fields, with strong CMS/AMA knowledge.

Qualifications

• Active CRC certification required.
• 6+ years combined related education, experience, or certification in risk adjustment or related healthcare discipline.
• Experience translating coding and documentation findings into education/coaching/remediation plans if applicable.
• Strong knowledge of CMS and AMA coding standards and Medicare Advantage risk adjustment.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver education sessions on risk adjustment, HCC documentation, ICD-10-CM guidelines, and compliant query practices.
• Analyze coding performance indicators and documentation gaps to identify educational needs.
• Develop training materials, job aids, and resources to support education across the network.
• Partner with leadership to scale education across affiliated practices and ensure guidance aligns with program scope.
• Travel to meet network partners and support onsite education as needed.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Analytics, and Product teams to ensure accuracy and consistency of education materials.
