Job summary

Millennium Physician Group seeks a Risk Adjustment Educator to deliver education to providers and staff via sessions, guides, audits, and analytics-driven guidance. You will interpret Risk Adjustment data to identify focus areas and opportunities for improvement, promoting accurate documentation and optimal HCC outcomes.

Qualifications

• Require a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 2+ years designing training programs and developing risk adjustment content.
• 2+ years in risk adjustment and ICD-10 coding in Medicare environment.
• CRC or similar certification is highly preferred.
• Strong data analysis and ability to present results to providers.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw data into actionable intelligence to guide education priorities.
• Analyze data, report findings, and provide insights to providers and staff.
• Identify documentation and coding improvement opportunities and advise best practices.
• Analyze provider coding patterns and conduct follow-up audits post-education.
• Apply coding policies and guidelines to documentation reviews.
• Maintain attention to detail and stay updated on guideline changes.
• Collaborate within a team and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance in all activities.
• Build relationships with clinical and clerical teams to support risk adjustment initiatives.
